We developed an end-to-end AI platform that completely redefined the inspection workflow. We moved away from manual note-taking, instead using Computer Vision and Multi-Agentic AI to process raw inspection videos directly.
The system was designed to automatically identify property conditions, extract structured data, and generate comprehensive reports. We integrated automated cost-estimation logic that calculates maintenance requirements in real-time, providing a "video-to-final-report" pipeline that requires minimal human oversight.
